[Class 39 (i)] An electric plug adapter with interconnected sockets of appropriate spacing to receive standard plugs of different type has at least four of the sockets threaded to receive appropriate pins at the back of the adapter according to the socket into which it is to be plugged. In the form shown, the adapter has five sockets e opening at its front to receive either a two-pin or a three-pin 15 ampere plug, each of these sockets being threaded at its inner end so that either two or three 15 ampere pins can be screwed into the appropriately spaced sockets. Interconnections h link appropriate sockets e to five-amp two-pin outlets i at the sides of the adapter.
