[Class 43] [Also in Group XXV] A fastening for wrist-watch straps of leather, fabric, or metal, comprises a clamp having jaws 1, 2, the sides of the jaw 1 being bent to form flanges 7 bent round under the edges of the jaw 2, with a spring plate 8 which forces the latter on to the end of the strap 3, which may be folded over to provide adjustment. The clamp is formed in one piece, and the bend 9 forms one of the parts of a hinge, the other part being formed by a clip 11 for the watch.
