587,856. Dentad angle millers. SODECO SOC. DES COMPTEURS DE GENEVE. Jan. 23, 1945, No. 1820. Convention date, Jan. 28, 1944, [Class 81 (ii)] A dental angle miller comprising a head 7 in which revolves a tool holder 14 presenting a toothed crown 5 meshing with a pinion 4 carried by the driving shaft 1 is characterized in that the tool holder, when the tool 16 is removed from the holder after disengagement of the key 11 from the groove 10 in the tool, is retained solely by a circular shoulder 8 bearing against the pinion teeth, and in that the forepart of the head is closed solely by the forepart 6 of the holder whose diameter is at least equal to that of the toothed crown. A threaded sleeve 12 engaging a threaded part 13 of the handle 2 and a shoulder on an extension 3 of the head enables the head to be released, to cause separation of the pinion 4 from the crown wheel 5 and collar 8.
