582,870. Lay figures. HARRIS & SHELDON, Ltd., and WOOTTON, E. H. Sept. 21, 1944, No. 18002. [Class 52 (v)] [Also in Group XXV] Each arm ,of a lay figure is detachably and rotatably connected to the body position, so as to be detachable in any position, by a two-part coupling. One part 19 comprises a a rotatable T-headed pin 13 which engages a T-slot in the second part 9 and is detachably retained therein by a spring 8. The pin 13 carries a collar 15 with peripheral recesses 16 selectively engaged by a spring pressed ball 18. Side wings 6 are provided at opposite side of the slots, in the part 9, to prevent angular movement of the pin 13 in the slot.
