[Class 79 (i)] An endless track comprises an inner chain coupled to an outer chain by spring spokes which project beyond the outer chain and contact the ground by an amount which varies in accordance with the speed and load.. The inner chain a is driven by sprockets b and has the inner end of a tapered spring spoke g secured to each hinge pin h. The spokes are pivoted on the outer chain e and project beyond for contacting the ground as in Fig. 4. Each link of the outer chain e has a wheel f freely mounted therein to bear on guiding side members.
