569,980. Seats, &c. LEA BRIDGE INDUSTRIES, Ltd., HOWE, H., and BENSON, J. J. G. Sept. 7, 1944, No. 12789/43. [Class 52 (ii)] A suspended seat frame for arm-chairs, &c., is supported at the rear by springs (not shown) connected to the arm frames 2 and at the front is provided with off-set members 7 guided in fixed channels 15 and also supported by springs 3. The seat frame is restrained in its upward movement at the rear by webbing, &c., straps. In a modification the parts 7 fit into sleeves guided in tubular uprights and supported below by compression springs with buffer springs above.
