[Class 61 (ii)] Cutting pliers comprise a handle 8 and body 10 carrying one of the cutting jaws 9 and a slide 11 operated by the other handle 7 pivoted at 13 and carrying the other cutting jaw 12, the cutting jaws being disposed so as to give a rolling cut. In a modification, the movable cutter jaw has a parallel movement instead of sliding.
