561,258. Condensers. COZENS, J. H., and TELEGRAPH CONDENSER CO., Ltd. Feb. 16, 1943, No. 2553. [Class 37] In rolled condensers of the type described in Specification 333,806, [Class 38 (ii)], in which one or both of the foils are sectioned to give the effect of condensers in series, the connections to .external circuits are made at points in the first and last sections that are nearest to one another to minimize inductive effects.. Thus, in the example shown, connections 1, 2 are. made at the last wound end A of the first section and at the first wound end E of the last section. In condensers using one complete foil and one divided foil, the external connecting tags will be adjacent and separated only by the gap between the sections.
