[Class 131] In order to adjust the fixed comb in horse clippers in relation to the moving cutters after both the cutters 14 and comb 12 have been subjected to repeated grinding of their contacting faces to maintain their sharpness the fixed comb 12 is provided with a groove 29 adjacent its rear end whereby when re-adjustment is necessary the end part 18 may be broken off and the comb 12 set back so that its new rear part abuts against the abutment 17 of the handle part 11.
