According to the invention, each tooth 17 is so shaped as to possess the customary angle a of outer edge clearance, but is characterised by the fact that in the setting, the tooth is bent about a line d, f which is not parallel with the line b - c that joins the centres of the rivets but is inclined thereto at an angle n that is smaller than the angle a.
