530,074. Pliers. BRITISH THOMSONHOUSTON CO., Ltd., and CHILD, 1. H. June 15, 1939, No. 17521. [Class 61 (ii)] Pliers for locking or expanding split cotter pins are provided with wedge-shaped projections 6 on the inside of one jaw 4 either one of which projections may be engaged with the split end of the pin and a co-operating recess 7 on the other jaw 5 to engage the head of the pin and another wedge projection 8 on the end of the jaw 4 disposed at right angles to the projections 6 and a cooperating recess 9 at the end of the jaw 5.
