Abstract

524,440. Resilient couplings. SILENTBLOC,. Ltd., and TRIER, V. A. Nov. 25, 1938, No. 34311. [Class 80 (ii)] Circumferentially spaced members C, D, Fig. 1, of which the members C are connected to a member F, and the members D to a member G are connected to annuli A, B by rubber E bonded to the members C, D and to the annuli. The members C, D and the opposed surfaces of the annuli may be part spherical. In Fig. 4, driving and driven members J, K are rubber bonded to the walls of a trough H. In Fig. 6 the driving and driven members M are part spherical and embedded in rubber bonded to a part spherical annulus L and a ball M<4>.
