521,012. Working heavy alloys. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., Ltd., PRICE, G. H. S., and WILLIAMS, S. V. Nov. 9, 1938, No. 32515. [Class 83 (iv)] Working at specified temperatures.-Heavy W-Ni-Cu alloys, such as are described in Specifications 447,567* and 497,747, [both in Group II], having a density not less than 15 grams per millilitre, are worked after sintering, by forging at a temperature above 300‹C. and below 500‹C. For an alloy of the proportions 90 parts by weight of W, 7.5 of Ni, and 2.5 of Cu, the temperature should be 400‹C.
