[Class 99(ii)] A pipe stopper comprises a tube 1, an end flange 2, two or more channel-section rubber rings 7 clamped between plates 2a, 3 and a ring 6 and a nut 4 for compressing the rings axially to expand them radially. A ball bearing 8 is provided.
