Abstract

496,829. Hinges. SCOTT, W., GLASGOW, J., and WILLIAMS, A. H. Sept. 2, 1937, No. 24001. [Classes 65 (i) and 65 (ii)] A hinge for a window 11 comprises a pair of spaced unequal links 14, 15 and a link 22 which extends from the inner pivot 17 of the shorter link to a point 23 intermediate the ends of the longer link. The inner pivot of the longer link is slidably mounted on a strip 12 by a bolt and wing nut 21, used to lock the hinge in any position.
