[Class 135] [Also in Group XIII] A lubricant cooling system for internalcombustion engines comprises an air-cooled radiator 1, Fig. 3, having a jacket 5 forming a byepass for the oil, the flow to the jacket and the radiator being controlled by valves 18, 20 respectively. The valve 20 is arranged to open later than the valve 18 and is loaded by a spring and the oil pressure in a bellows 30 secured at one end to the valve and connected through ducts 29 .. 26, Fig. 2, with a Venturishaped passage 23 opening into the oil inlet space 17.
