[Class 52 (ii)] In resiliently-supported seats constructed as described in the parent Specification, the leaf-spring suspension member or members 11 is or are twisted through a right-angle so that one end is vertical while the other is horizontal. The vertical end may be fixed to the frame, while the horizontal end is secured to the front bar 10, Fig. 1, or the arrangement shown in Fig. 3 may be adopted. The spring may be twisted at a point near the rear end as shown in Fig. 1, or the twist may be gradual as shown in Fig. 3.
