Abstract

454,802. Fusible cut-outs. HENLEY'S TELEGRAPH WORKS CO., Ltd., W. T., 11, Holborn Viaduct, London, and MOOR, E., 25, Overcliffe, Gravesend. May 11, 1935, No. 13891. [Class 38 (i)] In a fusible cut-out comprising a fuse carrier and a fuse base having the form of an open box, the fuse base comprises a base 1 and a frame member 2 secured to the base by a screw 3. The base is formed with recesses 4 for accommodating terminal blocks 5, which are provided with jaws 10 and are located on the base by projections 8 which are provided with portions 11 engaging grooves 9 in the blocks. The frame is provided with partitions 19 which prevent forward movement of the terminal blocks when the frame is in position. Cable apertures 20, 22 are provided with thin partitions 21, 23 which may be broken away when required.
