450,126. Fluid-pressure disc brakes. CHARLES, M., 217, Boulevard St. Denis, Courbevoie, Seine, France. Oct. 9, 1935, No. 27899. Convention date, Oct. 19, 1934. Addition to 428,902. [Class 103 (i)] The parent invention is modified by making the annular members 4<a>, 4b, which carry the friction elements 5<a>, 5b hollow to prevent heat being transmitted to the expansible chamber 3. The members 4<a>, 4b are formed with radial channels open at either end so that a current of air is forced through these channels by centrifugal force. The members 4<a>, 4b are drawn together by springs 8 on bolts h joining the two members.
