[Class 59] The liner 1 of a cone crusher is provided with a collar 2 and groove 3 having a conical wedging surface 4 engaged by a conical surface 6 on a segmental ring 5. The ring 5 bears on a seating on a bowl 7 surrounding the liner and by means of screws connecting the segments the ring is reduced in diameter and the wedging surfaces forced into contact whereby the liner 1 is raised and drawn into contact with seatings on the bowl. The lower surface on the ring may be conical and bear on the bowl or both surfaces may be conical. The position of the liner relatively to the bowl may be adjusted by washer 8.
