Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Feb. 1, 1935]. [Class 51 (i)] The cone 30 of atomized fuel issuing e.g. from an oil burner nozzle 5, is surrounded by a ring of steam jets issuing from nozzles 9-as shown four in number. Air entering through a circular hit-and-miss valve 25 is thus forced into contact with the fuel cone and complete combustion ensues. The application to pulverized solid fuel is mentioned.
