429,511. Adjustable tip-up seats. JAGGER, S. B., 5, Green Lane, Walsall. Dec. 13, 1933, No. 35034. [Class 52 (ii)] A tip-up adjustable seat of the type comprising a seat member adapted to be fixed in one of a number of fixed positions on an upright or rear support, comprises seat supporting members 4 having at the rear upstanding projections 3 and abutment members 5 which bear against the rear and front faces respectively of upright members 1 with slots 2 through which the projections 3 of the members 4 are introduced, and means comprising a bar 8 for securing the seat proper so that it can be tipped up, the bar 8 passing through holes in the members 4 and in the uprights 1.
