[Class 44] [See also Group XXXI] In order to facilitate the attachment of a cycle handle-bar to its stem without damage to the plating &c., the clip comprises a section b welded or otherwise fixed to a forward extension e<1> of the stem e, and a detachable section b<1>, the inner ends of the sections being formed with channels &c. f, f<1> to provide a hooked hingeconnection. In a modification, the hingeconnection is formed by a forwardly-opening channel on the section b and a straight tongue on the section b<1>.
