418,145. Toothed wheels. BRAUN, W. M., 17, Cretzschmarstrasse, Frankfort-on- Main, Germany. April 21, 1933, No. 11710. Drawing to Specification. [Class 80 (i).] A gear wheel comprises a disc of felt or the like preferably impregnated with a synthetic resin, and having on each side a disc of hard fibrous material such as vulcanized fibre. Outer discs of metal, which may be toothed, may be added. One such wheel may be geared to another in which the metal and felt discs are oppositely arranged so that there is no metal to metal contact.
