Abstract

414,281. Paper milk &c. vessels. MARSHALL, C. L., 683, Broadway, Newark, New Jersey, U.S.A. Dec. 14, 1933, No. 35195. Convention date, Feb. 25. [Class 66.] End closures 1 of the form shown in Fig. 1 are inserted to rest on internal shoulders 8 formed near the ends of paper milk &c. vessels, the projecting end portion of the body crimped over into the groove 5 until it is turned back upon itself at 10, the flange 3 of the closure being turned over also, producing the form shown in Fig. 2. Raised portions 6 may be provided in the closures to afford additional support for the contents.
