[Class 94 (ii).] A bag for containing solids, powders, creams, or thick liquids is formed as a cylindrical or conical tube of thin transparent flexible material and is closed at the ends by folding the end portions together with a flexible metal strip which extends from end to end of the tube. In the form shown in Fig 3, the bottom 11 of a conical bag is closed by folding the end of the bag with a metal strip 2, while the top is closed by bending over the corners 13, 14 and then folding the peak 12 with the metal strip A partition may be provided for dividing the bag into an upper and a lower compartment The Provisional Specification describes also the use of metal strips or wires arranged horizontally for closing the top and bottom of the bag.
