[Class 144 (i).] In twin-wheel devices having rubber or like resilient cushions 2 between the wheel-unit and the axle, such as described in the parent Specification, the hub flanges 5, 35, which act as abutments to limit tilting movements of the wheel, are provided with hard-metal facings a-b, c-d. To exclude mud &c. leather or like flexible guards 3 are fitted across the wheel-centre and the hub.
