397,556. Reflectors. LUCAS, Ltd., J. and LUCAS, 0., Great King Street, Birmingham. Feb. 27, 1932, No. 5957. [Class 75 (ii).] A reflector for use in vehicle headlamps and for other purposes comprises a portion a of paraboloidal or like normal form, and has ventilating slits b formed in it at appropriate positions, the portions c between the slits being adapted to form louvre-like parts for modifying the direction of some of the reflected light. The slits are parallel and may be on each side of the main axis.
