V., 22, Kastanienallee, Charlottenburg, KUBLER, C., 41, Brandenburgischestrasse, and CRONENBERG, A., 4, Albrecht-Achilles-strasse, Wilmersdorf, all in Berlin. Feb. 1, 1933, No. 3130. Convention date, Feb. 1, 1932. [Class 125 (iii).] A closure for bottles, collapsable tubes, &c. of the type in which an annular buckling spring c tends to snap, when pressed, into one of two positions in which it holds a cap k in open or closed position with regard to one or more outlets, is constructed in such a way that in all its positions it makes with the bottle, &c. a tight joint preventing access of substance discharged from said outlet or outlets to the space between the cap and the spring. As shown the cap has a vertical cylindrical portion fitting tightly around the similarlyshaped part f of the neck b of the bottle &c. The cap has a coned upper part m adapted to close four outlets h and a boss p on the top of the neck fits into a circular hole o in the cap.
