394,178. Valve circuits for wireless reception. KOLK, T. VAN DER, 26, Kamperfoelistraat, and KLASING, P. K. M., 16, Statenlaan, both in The Hague. Sept. 13, 1932, No. 25495. [Class 40 (v).] In a wireless receiver the grid of the anode bend detector valve 11 is connected directly to the anode of the preceding valve and the cathode of the detector is connected to a point on a resistance connected to the high tension source such as to give the grid of the detector valve the necessary negative bias. The anode circuit of the preceding valve 1 contains a blocking circuit such as a high frequency choke 8 or a tuned circuit and substantially the whole of the space current of the detector passes through the discharge space of the preceding valve. A grid condenser shunted by a leak may be inserted in the connection to the grid 10.
