[Class 83 (iv).] The retaining member 6 for the die and dieholder 7, 8 of an extrusion press, especially for lead-coating cables, is screwed into a bore 3 and is formed conical on the front edge of an extension 5 to engage the similarly formed surface 10 of an inserted ring 11, to ensure accurate centring.
