Abstract
385,568. Bolted work-holders. FRISTEDT, A. E., 6, St. Eriksgatan, Stockholm. Sept. 30, 1932, No. 27232. Convention date, Oct. 2, 1931. [Class 83 (iii).] A clamp for holding down work on machine - tool beds comprises a bent piece and a set of bolts of two lengths only such that by joining the bolts together with long nuts any work piece within a given range may be clamped. The bolts, Figs. 1 and 2, screw into nuts 5 which fit T-slots in the machine bed 12, and similar nuts adjustably secure the bolts to the bent piece 15 when they are used as stays, Fig. 4. A spring clip 18 may be used to hold the device while adjusting the work.
