379,584. Rolling. WITKOWITZER BERGBAU-UND EISENHUTTENGEWERKSCHAFT, Witkowitz, Moravia, and HUBER, K., Freistadt, both in Czecho- Slovakia. Dec. 14, 1931, No. 34649. Convention date, Dec. 19, 1930. [Class 83 (iv).] The rolls w of a mill are of smaller diameter than their wobblers s and are provided with a collar b of greater diameter than either. The rolls are driven by gearing one from the left and the other from the right. Each roll may be backed by two rollers f, Fig. 9, or the roll may be directly backed by a bearing block g<1> which may have a gap a, Fig. 5, at its middle or may be split to form two end-bearing blocks.
