375,527. Printing-machines. KELLY, J. H., 2, Poplar Avenue, Oldham. June 9, 1931, No. 16737. [Class 100 (ii).] Rotary machines. -A hand apparatus for printing designs upon the borders of fabrics is constructed of a casing B closed at the sides in which are adjustably mounted a printing-roller G and two padded inking rollers F, E, which may be supplied with ink from a well or may be soaked with ink. The roller G projects through a slit in the bottom of the casing B, and a pivoted cover D permits of access to the rollers. The bearings of the rollers are movable in slots a in the sides of the casing, and springs f maintain the rollers in contact and keep the roller b pressed downwards. Split pins e or screws g hold the rollers in position. The case is fitted with two runners H<1>, K<1> at each end.
