363,946. Percussive hand tools. COLINET, A., Houdeng-Goegnies. Belgium. May 15, 1931., No. 14457. Convention date, June 13, 1930. [Class 124.] The handle 8 and toolholder 7 are locked to the barrel by a leaf-spring 1 which engages one of a series of. notches 9 in the handle as well as a notch 10 in the tool-holder, one end of the spring being; engaged in a recess 5 in the barrel. A groove 2 in the barrel with a notch 11 provides for releasing the handle or toolholder. The device is particularly designed for use with mechanical picks.
