[Classes 21 and 66.] A cylindrical cam, drum, &c. with a flat or dished end is provided with an orifice in the end coincident with the wall of the drum and having a neck wholly outside the drum. The neck 8 may be formed as shown in Figs. 7, 9 and 11 and is welded to or set up from the material of the top. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 14391/01, [Class 21, Casks &c.].
