Abstract

357,280. Card &c. cases. WINEBERG, R., 47, Lysways Street, Walsall. July 1, 1930, No. 19890. [Class 18.] A card &c. case of the kind comprising a cover formed from a sheet of leather &c. adapted to be folded on itself has a clip to hold papers &c. running transversely on its inner side ; and the clip consists 'of a flat strip of metal &c. 4 attached, as by riveting, to the case with an upper arm 6 overlying and resiliently pressed to the back member, the upper arm having an upswept tip 7 to facilitate the insertion of papers. The back member may be embodied in the cover of the case, and the upper arm may consist of a separate strip riveted to the back member. A stop 8 in the member 4 is made by beading or inturning the edge. Short flaps or pockets may fold over and close the normally open ends of the case. Specification 347,898 is referred to.
