[Class 40 (iv).] A moving coil loud-speaker comprises a coil a consisting of a single turn of strip metal supported from the central magnet pole by a flexible disc b and having turned up ends to which are connected stout flexible current carrying elements c which are curved so as not to impede the truly axial movement of the coil. The disc b is provided with oppositely disposed concentric sets of semicircular slots.
