352,091. Electrically-actuated valves. MUSGRAVE, J. L. and CRITTALL & CO., Ltd., R., 43, Bloomsbury Square, London. Dec. 3, 1930, No. 7485. [Class 135.] An electromagnetically actuated valve particularly adapted for use in conjunction with a thermostat has a lift valve member D coupled by a spindle d<1> to a core a<2> working in a solenoid A. The valve may be closed mechanically and its lift regulated by a screwed spindle E operating directly under the valve head. A modification is described having a spherical valve member.
