351,733. Cardboard boxes. HOLMER, E. M., 62, Bangatan, Gothenburg, Sweden. June 20, 1930, No. 18915. Convention date, Jan. 14. [Class 18.] In a blank for making a cardboard box cut, slit and scored to provide four sides a hinged to a bottom portion 4 and hinged corner flaps 1 which, in the setup condition, are tucked in and secured to the sides by bendable clips 5, the clips 5 are arranged so that their bendable ends 5<1> lie within the side edges of the blank which has notches 7 below the ends 5<1> of the clips into which the latter can be bent to secure the blank in the set-up condition. The flaps 1, when of the same depth as the sides a, are also provided with notches 8 corresponding to the notches 7 ; the notches may have flared corners or the blank may be cut away at one or both sides of the clips.
