Abstract

345,298. Brackets. DREVER, R., 69, Thornton Avenue, Chiswick, London. Dec. 17, 1929, No. 38673. [Classes 52 (i), 52 (ii), and 52 (v).] In a folding bracket-like structure of the kind consisting of two frames A, B connected together by two pairs of links D, C so that the frames can be collapsed one upon the other or arranged at right-angles with one end of one frame B abutting against the other frame A, the abutting end has a downward extension C to provide a greater bearing surface. The Figure shows the structure applied to a footrest. In a modification the abutting member B forms the door of a cupboard which constitutes the frame A.
