Single-acting s u c t i o nvalveless piston pumps; waste liquid, catching and returning.-In a fuel pump of the kind comprising a plunger b which controls an inlet port c in the cylinder a, an eccentric groove and duct e are formed in the cylinder to catch leakage and return it to the inlet port.
