303,652. Ericksen, H. P. Jan. 10, 1928. Preventing unauthorized use. - A road wheel is locked by means of a rod 10 revoluble in bearings 11, 12 and carrying a hook 4 at the lower end. The hook is engaged with the rim and tyre by rotating and pulling the rod, which may then be secured to a staple 15 by a padlock.
