Nov. 18, 1920 Guarding against unauthorized use.-Means for locking the wheels of road vehicles comprise a strip of metal A bert in the form of a U at one end B and provided with a hole C near the other end so that the strip may be secured between the spokes of the wheel with the U.end clasping one arm G of the wheel-fork, and the other end secured to the other arm H by the hasp of a padlock E passed round the arm and through the hole C.
