295,332. Bogopolsky, J. Aug. 9. 1927, [Convention date]. Drawings to Specification. Cameras. cases and carries for.-A carrying case for a photographic or kinematograph camera has openings in one wall, which lie opposite the working parts of the camera, and are located beneath a spring-loaded cover which opens automatically when a releasing knob is actuated, thereby permitting use of the camera without removing it from its case. The releasing knob may co-operate with the means for operating the camera, so that this is actuated when the cover springs open. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states also that the wall of the case may be supple to permit actuation of the mechanism by menely pressing on the wall. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
