Advertising on vehicle wheels. - A non-rotating concavo-convex display disc 2 is fixed to the outer end of the non-rotating axle 1 of a vehicle wheel 3 with its convex side outwards. The disc may be riveted to a flange 5 on the axle-cap 4, which is removably locked on the axle 1 by a pin 6. A dust ring 8 with felt packing is fitted in the hub 7 or to the cap 4. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also a disc having a polygonal hole to fit the cap 4, a disc loosely mounted on the axle and prevented from rotating by a weight, and illuminating lamps for the disc carried inside the mud-guard 9. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
