Abstract

279,105. Kegresse, A. Oct. 15, 1926, [Convention date]. Radiators, supporting; bonnets.-The radiator 4 is fitted with a base plate 6 having two lugs 7 astride the cross piece 8 of the chassis in which is a. bush 10. A tubular spindle 9 passes through the bush and may form part of a ball and socket support for the engine. Ties 13 connect the radiator 4 and body 2. The bonnet is held down on the ties 13. In cases in which the radiator is not at the front, Fig. 6, the bonnet rests on a frame 16 which is secured at the rear to the body 2 and is mounted at the front similarly to the radiator 4.
