Cylinder plug 20 comprises inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22. Inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22 are cylinders, axially along the direction of whose center is a row of horizontal through key holes 23, which correspond to the key in shape (not shown). Axially along the top of cylinder plug 20 is rows of vertical through pin holes 26 which correspond to pin holes 130 in cylinder housing 10. A passageway 220 (as show in Fig. 3) is located on the rear end of inner cylinder plug 21 and on the front end of outer cylinder plug 22. There is a pair of symmetrical gaps 25 On the said two ends and a pair of ring-shaped slot 24 on the outer surface closed to the said two ends. With different arrangements and different combinations in different pin holes, pins 30 constitute different ciphers.
The pins 30 and springs 40 can be comprised Multiple groups depending the needs of cipher setup. The present embodiment takes six groups as an example. In this embodiment, each group of pins 30 comprises I-shaped top pins 31, middle pins 32 and bottom pins 33. The bottom pins 33 have conic shape at their lower part. These pins are installed in pin holes 130 from top to bottom. Based on the needs of cipher setup, pins of different size may have different arrangements and different combinations in different pin holes. Each group of pins has a spring 40 corresponding to it.
The spring cover 50 is a long lath sheet, on which is a positioning hole 51 and one end of which bends upward to form a hook 52. Positioning member 60 is in cylindrical shape, and on its end there is a small- diameter protruding portion 61 that protrudes upward from cylinder body. The Positioning member is smaller than pin holes 130 in outside diameter but larger than positioning hole 51 in aperture diameter. Protruding portion 61 corresponds to positioning hole 51 in dimension and size. Positioning member 60 may be screws, pins or washers.
Cylinder annulus 70 is removable, it comprises ringed sleeve 73 and bulge 72 formed by the casing of sleeve 73 extending outward. Axially along the inner wall of sleeve 73 is slot 74 which corresponds to lug 84 on pull axle 80 in width and depth. The bottom (not shown) wall of slot 74 is located on the same plane as the inner wall of ringed sleeve 73. Cylinder annulus corresponds to cylinder annulus mounting portion 12 on cylinder housing 10 in shape.
Pull axle 80 comprises two symmetrical rear and front portions which are respectively coupled with inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22. The front and rear portions are in cylindrical shape whose outside diameter is smaller than the height of passageway 220 on the ends of inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22, and the symmetrical lug 84 is formed on outer surface of them.

Its width is slightly smaller than that of slot 24 and its height is larger than the depth of slot 24.
In assembly, insert pull axle 80 into inner cylinder plug 21 from rear until lug 84 on the front portion of pull axle 80 is embedded into gap 25; and insert the cylindrical portion of pull axle 80 into passageway 220 on the rear section of inner cylinder plug 21. Meanwhile, place cylinder annulus 70 in the cylinder annulus mounting portion 12 on cylinder housing 10 such that ringed sleeve 73 is aligned with cylinder plug mounting portion 11. Then, insert inner cylinder plug 21 into cylinder plug mounting portion 11 from the front end of cylinder housing 10 such that inner cylinder plug 21 is in cylinder plug hole 110 on cylinder plug mounting portion 11, the rear end of inner cylinder plug 21 is inserted into ringed sleeve 73 and located at the front wall of slot 74 in ringed sleeve 73, pull axle 80 is located in ringed sleeve 73 and its lug 84 is embedded in slot 74. Now, insert outer cylinder plug 22 from the rear end of the mounting portion 11 of the other cylinder plug such that outer cylinder plug 22 is placed in cylinder plug mounting hole 110 on cylinder plug mounting portion 11, the front end of outer cylinder plug 22 is inserted into ringed sleeve 73 and sleeved around the rear section of pull axle 80, lugs 84 on the rear end of pull axle 80 are clutched in gap 25 on outer cylinder plug 22, and the front end of outer cylinder plug 22 is located at the rear wall of slot 74 in ringed sleeve 73. Now, inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22 are interconnected via pull axle 80 and fixed on cylinder annulus 70. Then, clutch the inside diameter section of two washers 90 in slot 24 of inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22 (as show in Fig. 3), its outside diameter section protrudes beyond slot 24, pressed against the outer edge of the outer wall of cylinder annulus 70 and cylinder plug hole 110 on cylinder housing. Thus keep cylinder plug from axially falling out. The gap of washers 90 are respectively supported at shoulders formed at the joint between the bulge 72 and the ringed sleeve73, thus connecting cylinder plugs 21 and 22, and pull axle 80 and cylinder annulus 70 in cylinder annulus mounting portion 12 on cylinder housing 10, such that inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22 mounted in cylinder housing 10 may rotate with pull axle 80 and cylinder annulus 70 instead of gliding Axially. Pin holes in inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22 are aligned with pin holes 130 in cylinder housing 10. Then, load pins 30, i.e., bottom pins 33, middle pins 32 and I-shaped top pins 31, into pin holes 130 and pin holes 22 in cylinder plug 20 from down to top in sequence; load springs 40 into pin holes 130 respectively and their lower free ends press against the external ends of I-shaped top pins.
Then, place positioning member 60 into one pin hole 130 close to the end such that their bottom sides press against the upper free ends of springs 40. Finally, place spring covers 50 into positioning slot 132 on cylinder housing 10 such that spring covers 50 press against the lower side of peripheral wall of positioning slot 132, and its hook 52 presses against the outlet of positioning slot 132 to keep spring covers 50 located in positioning slot 132. Now, by springs 40, the protruding portion 61 of positioning member 60 pass through positioning hole 51 on spring covers 50, the upper side of cylinder body on positioning member 60 presses against the lower surface of spring covers 50 and its lower side presses against the upper free ends of springs 40 (see Figure 3) such that spring covers 50 are further positioned in positioning slot 132. Therefore, spring covers 50 seal the outlet of all pin holes 130 such that pins 30 and springs 40 are sealed in cylinder housing 10 and in pin holes 130 and 26 of inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22.
To change ciphers, press protruding portion 61 on positioning member 60 downward to detach it from positioning hole 51; hold hook 52 and pull spring covers 50 out of the outlet of positioning slot 132 to detach them from positioning slot 132 and expose the outlet of pin holes 130. After replacing corresponding cipher pins 30, seal the outlet of pin holes 130 as described above.
Positioning member 60 and spring covers 50 can also be connected via thread. It is possible to use more than one positioning member 60 for fixing purpose. In addition, positioning member 60 can also be mounted on other proper positions on cylinder housing 10 instead of in pin holes 130.
In another embodiment, spring covers 50 are designed as seal covers corresponding to cylinder housing 10, which are directly connected via thread, pins or fasteners and detachably fixed on top of cylinder housing 10 without forming positioning slot 132; and seal pins 30 and springs 40 in cylinder housing 10 and in pin holes 130 and 22 of inner cylinder plug 21 and outer cylinder plug 22.
It is understandable that the lock device with replaceable pins in the present invention may also be used in any lock device with single cylinder plug wherein only one corresponding unit as described above is used.
