239,731. Co-operative Wholesale Society, Ltd., and Shaw, S. Oct. 22, 1924. Hubs.-Means for securing baby-carriage and like wheels to axles comprise a tubular cap a formed with a head e and adapted, after passing through the wheel hub, to fit over the axle end and be secured by a split pin g passing through holes d in the cap and axle. A washer f is fitted between the wheel hub and split pin g. In a modification, the cap a is locked to the axle by a bayonet-slot and pin device, the pin carried by the, axle fitting diametrically opposed bayonetslots on the cap a. A spring may be inserted between the cap and the axle end.
