Description

2364444 TITLE: LOADING AND UNLOADING DEVICE OF A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
SHAPING MACHINE The present invention relates to a loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine. More particularly, the present invention relates to a 5 half-automatic loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine.
Referring to FIGS. I to 3, a conventional loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine has a template B fixed on a bed A (as shown in FIG. 1), a plurality of pin apertures D formed on the template B, and a plurality of positioning 10 pins E implanted into the pin apertures D. A plurality of holes G are formed on the template B. A plurality of bolts H fasten the template B and the bed A together via the holes G. At finishing work, a printed circuit board C is pressed into the template B so that the positioning pins E will protrude from the printed circuit board C. Then the finishing work of the printed circuit board C is preformed. Then the printed circuit 15 board C is taken out by a shovel F. Therefore, the whole process is complete (as shown in FIG. 3). However, the conventional loading and unloading device has the following defects. The user should use the shovel to remove the printed circuit board from the template. Since the printed circuit board shaping machine cannot be operated while loading and unloading materials, the usability of the printed circuit board 20 shaping machine is relatively limited. Since the printed circuit board is taken out by the shovel, the positioning pins are easily loosened or inclined so that the accuracy of the printed circuit board is reduced and a bad product is formed.
An object of the present invention is to provide a loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine which can load and unload a printed circuit 25 board rapidly and the printed circuit board still remains a required finishing accuracy.
Accordingly, a loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine comprises a fixing template installed on a fixing plate, a material separating plate, and an unloading device. The unloading device has ejecting pins. Ejecting pin apertures are formed on the fixing plate matching the ejecting pins. Ejecting pin holes are formed on the fixing template matching the ejecting pins. Printed circuit board 5 positioning apertures in positions with respect to the printed circuit board positioning holes of a printed circuit board to be finished are installed thereon and then printed circuit board positioning pins are implanted therein. The material separating plate is installed thereon. Material separating plate sliding holed in positions with respect to the printed circuit board positioning holes of the printed circuit board to be finished 10 are installed on the material separating plate. A diameter of the material separating plate sliding hole is slightly larger than a diameter of the respective printed circuit board positioning hole. The printed circuit board to be finished is located above the material separating plate. The unloading device is installed on a bed below the fixing plate and includes the ejecting means of the bed. The travelling of the ejecting means 15 is adjustable to cause the printed circuit board ejected so that the printed circuit board is taken out by hand. A floating plate is lifted and descended by the ejecting means. A plurality of ejecting pins are installed above the floating plate. When the floating plate is lifted, the ejecting pins will separate the material separating plate and the fixing template and the unloading operation is finished.
20 The invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the drawings, in which:
FIG. I is a perspective view of a template fixed on a bed of the prior art;
FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine of the prior art;
25 FIG. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a printed circuit board is taken out by a shovel of the prior art;
FIG. 4 is a partially sectional assembly view of a loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine of a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a loading and unloading device of a printed circuit 5 board shaping machine before a material separating plate is ejected; and FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine after a material separating plate is ejected.
Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, a loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine comprises a fixing template 3 installed on a fixing plate 1, a material 10 separating plate 4, and an unloading device 5 (as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 The unloading device 5 has ejecting pins 53.
Ejecting pin apertures 12 are formed on the fixing plate I matching the ejecting pins 53.
Ejecting pin holes 32 are formed on the fixing template 3 matching the ejecting pins 15 53.
Printed circuit board positioning apertures 33 in positions with respect to the printed circuit board positioning holes 70 of a printed circuit board 7 to be finished are installed thereon and then printed circuit board positioning pins 34 are implanted therein.
20 The material separating plate 4 is installed thereon. Material separating plate sliding holes 40 in positions with respect to the printed circuit board positioning holes 70 of the printed circuit board 7 to be finished are installed on the material separating plate 4. A diameter of the material separating plate sliding hole 40 is slightly larger than a diameter of the respective printed circuit board positioning hole 70.
The printed circuit board 7 to be finished is located above the material separating plate 4. A separating paper plate 8 is selectable to be arranged between the printed circuit board 7 to be finished and the material separating plate 4. Separating paper 5 plate sliding holes 80 in positions with respect to the printed circuit board positioning holes 70 of the printed circuit board 7 to be finished are formed on the separating paper plate 8. A diameter of the separating paper plate sliding hole 80 is slightly larger than a diameter of the respective printed circuit board positioning hole 70. The finished printed circuit board 7, the fixing template 3, and the material separating plate 4 can detach the load through the unloading device 5.
Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the unloading device 5 is installed on a bed 10 below the fixing plate I and includes the ejecting means 51 of the bed 10. The traveling of the ejecting means 51 is adjustable to cause the printed circuit board 7 ejected so that the printed circuit board 7 can be taken out by hand.
15 A floating plate 52 is lifted and descended by the ejecting means 51 (the ejecting means 51 which has a pressing cylinder, a screw guide rod, and other displacement devices is well known in the prior art).
A plurality of ejecting pins 53 are installed above the floating plate 52. When the floating plate 52 is lifted, the ejecting pins 53 will separate the material separating 20 plate 4 and the fixing template 3 and the unloading operation is finished.
The operation of the loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine is described as follows.
The printed circuit board 7 to be finished is pressed into the fixing template 3 on a fixing position of the fixing plate 1, the printed circuit board positioning holes 70 of 25 the printed circuit board 7 are aligned with the printed circuit board positioning pins 34 on the fixing template 3, and the finishing work starts.
When the printed circuit board 7 has been finished, the ejecting means 51 begins to act so that the floating plate 52 lifts. Then the ejecting pin 53 ejects upward in order to separate the material separating plate 4 and the fixing template 3. The material 5 separating plate 4 and the fixing template 3 are separated. Therefore, the printed circuit board 7 is separated.
The present invention has the following advantages. The activity of the loading and unloading device of a printed circuit board shaping machine is high. There are a plurality of ejecting pins 53 ejecting the printed circuit board 7, so the gap between 10 the printed circuit board positioning pins 34 and the printed circuit board positioning holes 70 retains to be small. Therefore, the accuracy of the printed circuit board 7 is increased.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment but various modification thereof may be made. Furthermore, various changes in form and detail 15 may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
